The club is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme. Some photographs of the various rooms are shown below THE ORIGINAL CLUB BUILDING (1901)
The clubs lounge is the main meeting place for members and their guests. It has a wide screen tv as well as piped background music. The old smoky atmosphere has gone with the installation of three air cleaners. Games such as Crib, Dominos and darts are also played weekly in this friendly room. Live entertainment is held in the lounge when it is not being held in the concert room
The Concert Room (The Colin Grazier Suite) The Concert room was re-furbished during 1999 and was dedicated to Colin Grazier, a local war hero. The Colin Grazier Suite is used every night for various functions including Latin, Sequence, ballroom and Line dancing. The clubs whist section meet in this room every Tuesday and bingo is played on Wednesdays. The sprung maple floor and large stage are ideal for the dancing and live entertainment.
The clubs games room has a well maintained league regulation snooker and pool table. The juke box is continuously updated. The clubs second dart board is also held in the games room. As you can see the club is very successful in local leagues and we need to buy a new trophy cabinet to house the trophies
